How to Descend The Mountain

Descend the mountain, the activities that inevitably have to be done, because we could not jump from the top of the mountain. And special attention should be given, because of the way down the mountain we have tired after climbing. Down in a state of tired and carrying a backpack is a separate issue, since all the weight will automatically be pushed down, so the legs get an additional burden. Leg muscles work harder, hence the possibility of slipping, rolled, or even dislocate.
The more long hills that descend, the faster we be dragged down, immediately take action to stop it, by landing a
foot on stone or stick the feet heel into loose soil or sand. Do not get down with the body inclined forward, causing the body weight is not entirely on top of the foot, keep that body weight stays on top of both legs.
Before the fall, tie shoelaces tighter than usual. Pressure of  weight forward on the down time will hurt your toes are pushed and bent at the end of the shoe, especially if the shoes are worn less suitable. Tying shoelaces tightly will help for your feet is not easy to shift and make your toes flexed.
Get off at the sandy slopes would be fun if we do degenerate motion using sliding soles of shoes. To stop the movement of fallen too far, step the heels deeply to sandy ground when necessary. This technique could cause our shoes collect sand and gravel. Wear gaiter to prevent it. Do not exit from an existing track, the more cutting path so it must be down a steep cliff.
If forced out of the existing path, always walk on your back - the back of the mountain. Avoid roads in the recesses of or following the rivers below the mountain ridge. The river is apparently pointing in the direction that's easy to go through to go down, but followed it very dangerous. Mountain rivers often form steep cliffs and waterfalls form, so difficult to descend without special tools. Many accidents that created a novice climbers in error follow the river on the mountain. The path is not clearly caused by the frequent lack of pass, usually a track feller-loggers. If you eventually get caught and lose the path, choose a path with fixed principles on the ridge of the mountain, instead of walking in the recesses of or following the river flow.
Be careful when passing through the crater and surrounding area, because it is not uncommon often encountered in the poisonous gas. Note whether the path through which the area is arid and not encountered in any plant, could be a sign that there is poisonous gas. If your head feels dizzy, immediately avoid and seek fresh air place to reverse the situation.
"Many people think that sipping liquor is a good way to warm the body. Conjecture was wrong once, because alcohol causes blood vessels to the skin to swell, so that cold air can create opportunities for entry into the body. After all, drinking alcohol can cause hangover, so of course not good for walkers, hikers on the mountain. "
The mountains are often climbed has a clear path in sight. What if you see some path on a trajectory, immediately decided to follow a path that most clearly visible or if seen a lot of garbage along the path that's walking trails.
