BOSS

A boss is not a leader and of course most
not good when a friend, especially subordinates, with
dare to call ourselves as "boss". Not all people
pleased with that greeting. For some, the greeting was
may be intended to demonstrate compliance, as well as a sense of subject
as a sign of closeness, but for some people, the word "boss" may seem
cynical, or is described as being quasi-power.
In modern management, leadership role very
important. Respect, respect and obedience from subordinates and people
around is very important because it greatly affects taste
